Abstract EN

This study aims at answering the following question; do vocational adjustment dimensions exist in primary education schools? In order to answer this question, we used the descriptive analytical approach.

The study is divided into two parts.

The first part is a theoretical part in which we highlighted the lexis of the study.

The second part is a practical part in which we made the hypothesis and we distributed a questionnaire to a random sample that consist of 70 primary education teachers in Tamanrasset.

We also used the SPSS program to verify the accuracy of the hypothesis.

In conclusion, Weclosed the study with some recommendations
