The interest of scholars in literary texts moved frome outside the text to inside the text, until it came to the reader after he was absent in the previous approaches, as a result we noticed the begining of the era of post-structural theories including theories of reading and receiving In this study based on description and analysis, we try to focus on the foundations of reading theory, trying to answer the following problem : How did Algerian criticism recieve the reading theory?
