The studies of the Arab and Islamic sciences have been recognized by jurisprudence, interpretation, fundamentals, modernity, eloquence and criticism.

And the importance of the context (both types of pans and place) early, and acquired the characteristics of the head and depth together; So that it surpassed the modern Western counterpart, which in modern times by (Malinovsky) and (Firth) And other scholars of the linguistic lesson in the Western linguistic thought, but we claim that the scholars of the Hadith, perhaps they had the upper hand in their reference to the importance of the context in their study of the conditions of the modern -forme and meaning- in order to devise jurisprudential provisions on the basis that the Sunnah, It comes second in Islamic legislation after the Holy Quran.

While some recent studies go on to say that the ancient Arabic linguistic thought has explored many of the topics that the modern linguistic lesson has taught, the older scholars of Hadith had a prominent role in understanding the importance of the context in devising legal rulings.

To what extent can this belief be recognized? What is the health of it? And how do you agree with what the modern contextual approach...? This research is intended to reveal some of these efforts, which give a clear impression of the primacy of Sunni scholars in their knowledge of the context of the case and the article.
