Modern linguistics has undergone a significant shift due to the emergence of lectures on general linguistics by the Swiss linguist Ferdinand de Saussure, who established his new theory on scientific grounds and, with his high scientific experience, provided accurate analyzes of many language issues, , Starting from the definition of the subject of linguistics in the study of language for its own and the same.

Structural linguistics has moved to linguistics in Arab culture, thanks to the great openness of the Arab linguists to linguistics outside Arab countries.

Thanks to the diversity of linguists and their valuable equivalents in dealing with many of the issues of structural linguistics, one of the main objectives of this paper is to shed light on this trend of linguistics, in addition to raising the most prominent features of structural linguistics In Morocco, the goal was not completed here.

Rather, the paper attempted to raise some of the methodological, theoretical and conceptual problems that accompanied this linguistic openness.
