This research deals with the study of one of the most important modern Jewish movements, which had a great impact on the Jewish community, with its moderate positions between the ultra-Orthodox current and the open reformist current, in which the movement was studied in terms of definition and formation, and the most important matters that it created or renewed to meet the needs of the Jewish people according to Requirements of the era, without abandoning the content of the Jewish religion.
