Abstract EN

This study revolves around the freedom of circulation of information in Algeria, and some comparative legal systems, including Egypt, discussing the constitutional basis for the freedom of circulation of information, and highlighting the shortcomings of the constitutional protection of this freedom as it clarifies the most important standards set out in international law on the rights of man, as well as the principles on which the judgments of some regional courts have been settled.
