عالجت هذه الدراسة العلاقة بين الانفتاح التجاري و التضخم في الجزائر باستخدام سلاسل زمنية تغطي الفترة من سنة 1980 إلى 2018 وقد تم تطبيق نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة (ARDL) بهدف استخراج العلاقة طويلة و قصيرة الأجل بين التضخم و الانفتاح التجاري و تشير النتائج التجريبية إلى أن الانفتاح التجاري له تأثير على التضخم في الأجل القصير فقط
Abstract EN
This study empirically examines relationship between trade openness and inflation in Algeria, using an annual dataset that covers the period of 1980 to 2018.
Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) approach has been applied to try to discover the long-run and short-run relationships between the inflation rate and trade openness.
The empirical analysis shows that a negative short-run relationship and in the long-run relationship there is no relationship between trade openness and inflation in Algeria.
