Bejaia had known during hafesid period between 7-9 Hedjra / 13 / 15 century of birth, a significant scientific movement, thanks to the elite group of scholars a sheikhdom of science, those who contributed to the production and transportation of scientific knowledge.

they worked on spreading the legal science among peoples and guiding them to the ethics of Islam, did they represent their ideas in their moral reality? did they represent their beliefs in their daily lives? and what were the consequences of this on Bejaia’s people morally and educationally?
