The phenomenon of diphthong is one of the linguistic phenomena in which there are many semantic meanings.
Non - linguistic, or the so - called internal and external "cultural" context, and thus emerged the idea of research to study the compatibility and linguistic harmony with the semantic meaning and the importance of both contexts in clarifying the desired meaning of the phenomenon of diphthong.
