Doubt is one of the things that Muslim jurists have taken care of because it is inherent to the lives of people and hence the Muslim is required to seek certainty and follow it, and to avoid suspicion, and at this format came the subject of our research (controls uncertainty in Islamic jurisprudence) and the purpose of this study to disclose the legitimate controls of doubt، By extrapolating to the limits of doubt in the Islamic jurisprudence, we found that the jurists mentioned in their books many controls for doubt, including what is agreed upon by the public, and some of which is specific to the doctrinal doctrine of others.
