Thesis named the importance of study about those who have special needs in shadow of Islam, is arranged in three chapters.

and from them explanation about the persons of special needs, then dealing with them, then we studied the significance of study about persons of special needs, and we focused to the persons of special needs in Holy Quran, and we studied it in detail and mentioned Quranic verses about the subject.

it is necessary to mention the reasons of choosing the subject such as: - 1- The importance of this subject for it's relating with Quran and Sunaa.

2- To state the caring of persons with special needs by Islam.3- Then Stating this subject in study that enable it's reader to read it wells and like it.4- For the increasing of persons with special needs as result of wars and incidents and accidents and genetic factors, I wanted to state the rank of them and mechanism of caring them.5- Stating and explanation to people the raising their value in society by "Greatest Allah".

And it is necessary to state that we explained in third chapter, second research the most recent studies about the persons of special needs.
