Throughout the history, all countries have used to build armies that are a wall to them, and to protect them from the enemy's enemies.

As all the invading and occupying countries used to weaken them and disarm their armies so as not to be free from them.

For example, the Seljuk state that entered Iraq and occupied it in (447 AH /1055AD ) And abolished the army of the Abbasid caliphate, Despite the attempt to revive the caliphate army with all its organizations and ranks, the Seljuks were alerted to this danger that threatens their presence in Iraq, and they were able to rescue it and dissolve the army until the Caliph al-Muqtafi leamr allah came to him in the year ( 530 AH / 1135 AD -555AH/1160AD), which enabled the revival of the caliphate army again, and the Seljuk state was finally eliminated in the year (590 AH / 1193 AD), during the reign of the Caliph al-Nasser al-Din Allah(575AH/1180AD – 622AH/1225AD).
