The research aims to know the effectiveness of the education strategy of differentiation in the collection of fifth grade literary students in the subject of rhetoric and practice, and to achieve the goal of the research and hypothesis chose researcher sample of fifth grade literary in the middle of the General Directorate for Education in the province of Babylon Jihad students, and it was the two divisions the first pilot and the other officer.

The sample of research (80) students by 40 students in the experimental group and 40 students in the control group, the researcher conducted between the two evenly matched in the following variables: (chronological age measured in months, intelligence, prior knowledge test).

Researcher prepared kits Find all; they determine the course material, and the formulation of behavioral objectives, and preparing lesson plans for the two groups both and presented to a group of experts in the light of observations made appropriate adjustments.

The search tool was the achievement test, and used a researcher appropriate statistical methods, and in light of the search reach results Researcher to the following conclusions: • the possibility of differentiated education to raise the level of the students of the experimental group compared with the control group.

• contribution of education strategy differentiated clearly in motivating students to learn career.

One of the main recommendations that came out search: • emphasis on teaching strategies that make the learner-centered education.

• teachers and supervisors in-service training in the use of differentiated education, so as to introduce them to the benefits of this modern and strategic characteristics.
