The current research aims at identifying the prevailing organizational climate in primary schools from the points of view of teachers .

In order to achieve this, the researcher constructed a questionnaire for the organizational climate, consisting of (32) items, which are divided into four areas (spacing, disability, intimacy, affiliation) by (8) items for each domain, which are written in the formula of report statements.

Each item contains five alternatives to answer.

The researcher verified the distinctive strength of the questionnaire items, its validity and reliability coefficients by using Cronbach's alpha..

The researcher applied the questionnaire to the basic research sample of (265 male and female teachers) in the primary schools belonging to the General Directorate for Education in Diyala in the district of Baquba.

They were chosen randomly.

The results showed , The organizational climate in primary schools has positive relations and reflects a satisfactory impression among the sample.

Teachers varied in describing five areas of the questionnaire of organizational climate: (Affiliation, skepticism at work, focus on production, role model, and humanism),The researcher summed up with a number of recommendations, including: The administration should create a democratic atmosphere that helps members of the educational body to express their views and proposals more freely to develop the school work.

It is important to upgrade the economic and social levels of the members of the educational body and raise their morale and encourage them to continue in the profession of education.

The researcher comes with proposals, like carrying out a study for relationship of the organizational climate to the leadership patterns and manners of school principals, and making a comparative study of the organizational climate among primary schools inside and outside Iraq.
