Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the degree of inclusion of human rights concepts in the Islamic education curriculum of the fourth grade in Iraq.

The study community consisted of a sample of topics in the Islamic education curriculum of the fourth grade in Iraq amounting to (20) out of (25).

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the descriptive method through the content analysis through which the material to be analyzed is described.

The study tool consisted of (30) items distribute into (4) fields.

After conducting the analysis, it was obvious that the degree of inclusion of human rights concepts in the Islamic education curriculum of the fourth grade was (0.85%-49.86 %) the highest of which was " civil rights" followed by "the economic rights" in the second rank, "social rights" in the third rank" and " the political rights" in the fourth and final rank.

This indicates that the degree of inclusion of human rights concepts in the Islamic education curriculum of the fourth grade in Iraq was medium.

It was also obvious that the degree of difference in the percentages and frequencies in favor of the civil rights was by the frequency of (176) by (49.86%) and in the economic rights by the frequency of (151) by (42.78%).

In light of the results, the study reached to a number of recommendations and suggestions.
