The aim of the research was to find out the effect of the counseling program on the method of realistic treatment in reducing the psychological fatigue of the orphans in the preparatory stage by verifying the following hypotheses: There were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0,05) between the grades of the control group scores in the tribal and post-test on the scale of fatigue.

There were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the grade levels of the experimental group before the application of the indicative program and after it on the scale of fatigue.

There were no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the grades of the experimental and control groups in the post-test on the scale of fatigue.

The experimental sample was used to verify the validity of the research hypotheses.

The sample consisted of (20) students from Al Ma'arif School for Boys.

They were randomized to two equal groups.

The experimental group used the actual treatment method.

The control group was not subjected to any intervention.

The psychological fatigue prepared by (Faisal Mohammed Hargan, 2011), which is of (40) paragraph, has been extracted the validity of the scale by researchers using the method of honesty, virtual, but the stability has been extracted in Alkronbach method, The study used a realistic treatment method, designed for the purpose of reducing the psychological fatigue of the students in the preparatory stage, the number of sessions (12) session, the duration of the session (45) minutes, lasted (6) weeks, and for the purpose of validation of this method was presented to the group Of experts specializing in this field, they confirmed its validity in reducing mental fatigue.

The current research results showed the following: There were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0,05) between the grades of the control group scores in the tribal and post-test on the scale of fatigue.

There are statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the experimental group scores in the pre-test and the post-traumatic stress test and for the post-test.

There are statistically significant differences at (0,05) between the levels of the experimental and control groups on the psychometric scale in the post-test and for the benefit of the experimental group.

In light of the research results, the researchers presented a set of recommendations and suggestions.
