The subject occupies a place of strategic intelligence as a vital tool to guide the actors educational institutions towards achieving its goals.

This study showed the importance of being raised a relatively new issue in contemporary management thought, especially in the educational field, namely, the strategic intelligence.

And so it was based on the goals of the current research is to identify the level of strategic intelligence to secondary school Headmasters, and learn about the significance of differences in it according to the variables of type and service management.

It was a measure of intelligence preparation of the strategic model based on (Maccoby).

The sample consisted of (525) and a school teacher in a secondary school.

According to the results it has been shown that the research sample of secondary school principals enjoyed a good strategic intelligently.

Did not show statistically significant differences in intelligence in the strategic variables of the type and length of service management.

Depending on the results researchers recommended that some of the recommendations were the most important of which is to emphasize the choice of leadership and management in accordance with the standards associated with the strategic intelligence capabilities.

The researchers suggested that some of the proposals, including link strategic intelligence variables or other samples did not mention the current search.
