The current research aims at (building the observation card according to the Dun & Denn model) according to the following patterns: verbal visual type, nonverbal visual type, motor sensory pattern, verbal auditory style, totalitarian style, analytical style, impulse mode, Individual style, intuition style In order to achieve the objective of the research, the researcher conducted a set of theoretical procedures to present the background of the theoretical research and the search variables, and guided by a previous study related to the subject of research, as well as practical and applied procedures represented by the following: First: Presenting the model to the competent experts to determine its suitability for the evaluation and its suitability to the Iraqi educational environment.

Second: To prepare a list of educational patterns according to the Dun and Dan model, which included (40) paragraphs divided into (11) educational style, and verifying their validity by presenting them to the specialized experts.

The researcher determined the levels of performance for each paragraph using a balance of assessment that included five alternatives, one of which is selected when observing the teacher's performance.

These alternatives are excellent, very good, good, average, acceptable and gave each of these alternatives a score ranging from (1-5) To reduce the self-esteem of the teacher's performance and make the evaluation process more objective, the researcher described the performance levels for each of the paragraphs included in the form.

The stability coefficient of the research tool was then extracted in two ways: the first was the test-retest and the second method was fixed, and the stability coefficients were very good.

The tool was finalized for the final application process.
