This study aim at Identifying of Effect of Using Models of Helda Taba and Fryer in Acquisition of concepts of Mathematics of second Intermediate class Female students.
The researcher has chosen Female students of second Intermediate class of (Om Amara) secondary school and has chosen section (A) as control group (33 students) and section (B) as a first experimental group (33 students) In addition to section (C) as a second experimental group (33 students) .
The researcher has applied model of (Halda Taba) in first experimental group and model of (Fryer) in second experimental group in chapter of geometry of coordinates The researcher has prepared three Teaching plans for three groups and has shown them to Juri members to make sure of Test Validity .
The researcher has made reliability, coefficient of difficulty , and discrimination power of has test .
Results has revealed that there is significant statistical differences between first experimental group and control group in test of Acquisition of concepts of mathematics for favor of first experimental group .
There is no significant statistical differences between second experimental group and control group in addition to same resuits between first experimental group and second experimental group in test of Acquisition of concepts of mathematics .
The conclusion of researcher is that there is effective role for using Halda Taba model in Acquisition of concepts of mathematics .
Recommendations of researcher were that it is impoitant to use this model in Teaching mathematics in Intermediate schools .
