The secondary stage aimed this study to knowledge of favored strategic use the storming mental on collection of students and their directions towards learning of substance the Islamic education in Al-Anbar, the study on branches performed formative males from (49) student in teacher Cecondary Sharhabil bin Hassana/M For boy, and formative branches from males from (62) student in teacher Cecondary Qutaiba Bin Muslim, and the comparison between the groups was complete, just as w'axtyrt the schools in method his intentions, and choice of Al-Shaab and their classification to groups of experimental pulled and officer in the method the simple randomization, and as to experimental (53) number the group is student, and equipments of the group the officer (58) is student, just as comparison degrees of the students between the groups was complete for defined their performance on use of way the mental storming and the academic achievement, and leads the evident results what follows: 1- Presence of differences " surface between the medium arithmetician for degrees the students in the test the collections and tribal measure the direction followed " for variable method of the teaching.
2- Statistical presence differences self of evidence stubborn of level of the evidence (a = 0.05) in medium collection students of the secondary stage on test of the collection in Islamic substance the education between the group the experimental officer and the group, and this differences in favor of the group experimental become strong.
3- Presence so galleries self statistical evidence stubborn of level of the evidence (a = 0.05) in medium secondary directions collection of students of the stage on directions the collection in substance the Islamic education between the group the experimental officer and the group, and becomes strong this aalfrwqaat for the good group experimental, and through during the results the many researcher in presentation from the recommendations rose
