The study highlighted the reality of Arabic language outside the Arab world and identified the purposes of learning Arabic with three purposes: religious, economic, and Political.

These are the most important purposes of learning Arabic.

The study highlights the teaching of Arabic in Turkey as a model representing needs of Arabic Language Teaching outside the Arab world, these needs are: Linguistic planning, Curriculum, Books, Students, and Teachers.

The study is concluded with findings and recommendations.
