Educational technology promotes the process of student inclusion with a disability, she values them while respecting their emotional needs, social and educational.
It influences their motivation to learn and integrate in the class group and offers them the opportunity to realize their potential.
It seems undeniable that the use of mobile learning is an indispensable contribution to training university students specifically those with disabilities but how the use of mobile devices is a crucial aspect of their added value, hence the need to establish an analysis of the contributions of the mobile learning for all students with reduced mobility at the university Mohamed V of Rabat.

La technologie éducative favorise le processus d’inclusion des étudiants présentant un handicap, elle les valorise tout en respectant leurs besoins émotionnels, sociaux et éducationnels.
Elle influence ainsi leur motivation d’apprendre et de s’intégrer dans le groupe classe et leur offre la possibilité de réaliser leur potentiel.
Il semble indéniable que l’usage de l’apprentissage mobile constitue un apport indispensable à la formation des étudiants universitaires spécifiquement ceux qui présentent une déficience motrice, mais que la manière d’utiliser les dispositifs mobiles est un aspect crucial quant à leur valeur ajoutée, d’où la nécessité d’établir une analyse des apports de l’apprentissage mobile pour l’ensemble des étudiants à mobilité réduite au niveau de l’université Mohamed V de Rabat.
