Abstract EN

The heritage of any nation is its identity and memory, and its neglect and negligence means distorting its civilization, and that one of the first foundations to look after the heritage of our Arab-Islamic nation is to preserve the manuscripts as it is an intellectual wealth and human heritage, and caring for it is the only way to preserve what the Arab and Islamic reason produced, And to benefit from this scientific wealth by paying attention to it by studying, realizing and disseminating it, so that it becomes accessible to everyone.

Among those manuscripts I chose a book (llaimam zahir aldiyn abi bikr Muhammad bin Ahmed bin Omar albikhary Hanafi) In the jurisprudence of Imam Abu Hanifa, may God have mercy on him, I sought to achieve one of the chapters of this book, which is (Meet the kings, humility them, ask about news, backbiting, kill aid, and flee earthquake and the like).
