Laws, provisions, related matters if endowment and how to run them are seen as the most important research’s done by the jurists.

Endowments have been associated with the development of Islamic civilization such as architecture, education growth, agriculture and related projects, health care and other benefits because it is linked to civil life which is close to the term civil society organizations that is not under the state authority and for which the state has to take care.

Al imam alsarkhusy states a rule in that “ The purpose of endowed sustains the endowment”.This was then followed by saying that the benefits should be given to those mentioned every time.

This is the basis of setting endowment.

The importance of Fattea is viewed in terms of its implications in organizing the rules of endowment, meaning that Fattwa is fixed and the rules of endowment are variable that help establish the endowment.
