Abstract EN

This study aims to find the fact of the links between the nature of incentives that the sports foundation provides and its relation with the indicators of organizational efficiency as a growth rate, developing and investing the human resources the loyalty to the association ,for we raised a case of research in the contest of change that the Algerian sports foundation is witnessing in order to reach the services that meet the challenges of sports proficiency , and this by realizing these hypotheses that concern the very research problem in the main following question : is there a statistical relation between the nature of incentives that the sports foundation provides and the rate of organizational efficiency ?The most important results assured the validity of hypotheses , which is the relation of statistical indication between the incentives and organizational efficiency , that the level of influencing the moral incentives ( sharing the decisions making , the work gratification ) on the organizational efficiency is bigger than the level of influencing the material incentives on the organizational efficiency in the sport foundation , and that’s for the individual’s feeling cheered up once and his feeling of stability and cooperation for achieving the association’s goals once more , which reflected positively on the connection of head managers and assistant agents of the association and not thinking about leaving it
