The research aimed to test the effect between the development of human capital and competitive strategies in its dimensions (cost leadership, differentiation and focus).

The research was conducted in the General Company for Fertilizer Industry on a sample of the working staff which consists of (75).

The questionnaire was used as a key tool in collecting Data.

The main conclusions of the research were statistically effect found between the development of human capital and dimension of differentiation.
