Abstract EN

This study focused on the analysis of the impact of funding the implementation of the oil companies' extractive projects within the central funding (the general budget of the country) with the selection of the SOC (South Oil Company) as a case study based on the accounts final (investment and operational) of the company to the period between 2003-2015, due to the positive impact of funding in support of these Companies to achieve cash surplus in foreign currency because it main output is oil, which is the main source of funding for the country budget.

The study aimed to analyze the impact of central funding on extractive oil companies and the impact of the (organizational structure, costs, and revenues) of these companies and proposing a new mechanism to deal with the delay in current financing policies.
