تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى إمكانية تكيف البنوك الإسلامية لمعيار كفاية رأس المال الصادر عن اتفاقية بازل 3 أو يجب اعتماد معيار إسلامي خاص بهذه البنوك كون مقررات بازل خاصة بالبنوك التقليدية فقط.
و خلصت الدراسة إلى أنه يجب على البنوك الإسلامية تطبيق المعيار المعدل لبازل 3 و الصادر عن مجلس الخدمات المالية الإسلامية كون هذا المعيار يأخذ بعين الاعتبار خصائص البنوك الإسلامية في معادلة كفاية رأس المال.
Abstract EN
This study aims to find out the extent to which Islamic banks can adapt to the standard of capital adequacy issued by the decisions of Basel 3, or to rely on a special Islamic standard for them, since the Basel decisions are specific to traditional banks only.
The study concluded that Islamic Banks Should apply the amended standard of Basel 3 issued by the Islamic Banking services Board, since the latter takes into account the characteristics of Islamic banks in the capital adequacy equation.
