We have conducted a survey at the level of sports companies in Algeria, where 45 questionnaires were distributed to the community as a whole.

The study concluded that there are work pressures in the sports company for public relations employees and it can be a source or a cause of job burnout.

The study can crystallize recommendations which are the necessity of creating a good work environment with positive relationships within the sports company, contributing and participating in decision-making, paying attention to incentives to avoid job burnout, assessing job satisfaction, and working to enhance its indicators objectively and discover weaknesses and shortcomings in the sports company
