Abstract EN

The student of democracy and development issues is fully aware of the extent of development in their structural concepts and the different approaches that explain the nature of the dialectical relationship between them in light of spatial and temporal peculiarities that have contributed greatly to building the cognitive model and paradigm that explains it.

Most of the studies paid great attention to the nature of the outcomes and desired results from the process of presenting democratic visions in the world to reach the social welfare of its members and achieve development, which in turn knew developments that were strengthened by the forces of community awareness of its various needs, perhaps the last of which were concepts that were linked to their sustainable dimensions, bypassing their economic and social dimensions to environmental dimensions that take into account the rights.
