Abstract AR
يدور البحث في هذا الموضوع حول الدور الهام لمندوب الحسابات في تفعيل نظام الرقابة داخل الشركات التجارية و ذلك وفق مفاهيم جديدة فهو عضو في الشركة وفي نفس الوقت لابد أن يكون مستقلا خاصة في علاقته مع مسيريها و القائمين بالإدارة.
إن مندوب الحسابات يقوم بدور وقائي ودور إعلامي في نفس الوقت باعتباره الركيزة و الأداة الأساسية في التحقق من صحة و دقة المعلومات المحاسبية حيث يسخر كل مؤهلاته الفنية في صالح الشركة من أجل ضمان سلامة مركزها المالي.
كما تبين هذه الدراسة وجود علاقة وطيدة بين مهنة مندوب الحسابات و القانون الجنائي الذي اهتم بنظام الرقابة عن طريق إثارته للمسؤولية الجنائية لمندوب الحسابات أثناء ممارسة مهامه الرقابية مما يسمح في الأخير بتحسين أداء التسيير للمؤسسة.

Abstract EN
According to new principles of the auditor in the commercial company, the main object of this study is to show how important is his role, organ of the company; he must at the same time be independent of it, and especially in his relations with its leaders.
The auditor fulfils a preventive and informational role, exercises permanent control and puts his technical skills to the benefit of the company in order to preserve its financial situation.
We must note in this study the link that exists between the auditor and the criminal law by the number of offenses, which concern him, and allows at the end the good management of the company.
