This study provides one of the forms of legal protection for a trademark.

Which is represented protection through conservatory procedures or provisional measures.

The trademark owner benefits from this Protection in preventingothersfrominfringinghis continuing mark or stopping him from to abuse his mark provisionally until he resorts to the court and submit the dispute.

These measures are provisionally, quik, immediate and effective protection, the conservatory measures are taken in the form of description of the counterfeit goods and the tools used in the counterfeiting, and in making seizures of these counteirfeit goods and tools, in order to prevent counterfeit goods from flowing to the market and from reaching consumers, and these measures can be revoked for specific reasons and provide compensation for those harmed by it.
