يلعب قطاع التشغيل دورا هاما في تحديد علاقاته بالعديد من القطاعات و لعل الجامعة كأحد الفواعل الأساسية من حيث تلبية متطلبات سوق التشغيل عن طريق مخرجاتها تربطها علاقة جد وثيقة نحاول معرفتها من خلال اكتشاف الفجوة بين الجامعة و نظام التشغيل في الجزائر خاصة في ظل التغيرات الحاصلة اليوم في سوق العمل وفي ظل ذلك نحاول أن نقدم قراءة لبناء نظام تشغيل فعال يحاول أن يحدد العلاقة بين الجامعة و التشغيل في الجزائر
Abstract EN
The employment sector in Algeria has many relationships between several important sectors, The university is one of the sectors with close ties to employment, The university tries to meet the requirements of the employment market through its outputs, In this article, we try to find out the gap between the university and the operating system in Algeria, and we also try to present strategies to build an effective employment system.
