For the worker, the wage is the most important pillar of the social and economic life that would provide him with a decent life and a stable life in the difficult conditions that the citizen lives and in light of the current economic crises that the world of work is witnessing in the twenty-first century.

In view of this, the Algerian legislator, like his French counterpart, sought to establish legal protection, with which the worker would preserve his right to confront the employer.

However, it opened the way, according to general legal procedures, for excellent creditors to prejudice wages according to the seizure and compulsory execution procedures, He made the position of the worker between the two extremes of strength and weakness at the same time.

And it is the contradiction that remains until now at the level of social legal studies in the labor law.
