Cybercrime is one of the most widespread crimes, particularly in recent years, which have witnessed the rapid development of the Internet, which the perpetrators have used to carry out their criminal schemes, using various means of communication.

This study will be a place to discuss the phenomenon of cybercrime, and to try to identify states' strategy in addressing them and how effective they are in achieving this goal, compared to the seriousness of the crime.
