قطاع المحروقات ابرز قطاع يرتكز عليه الاقتصاد الجزائري إلا أن الظروف الاقتصادية التي عرفتها أسواق الأوبك بسبب الانخفاض الخطير لأسعار النفط جعل المشرع الجزائري إلى إعادة النظر في قانون المحروقات 05-07 الذي بات قاصرا على جلب الاستثمارات الأجنبية ما جعله يصدر قانون المحروقات 19-13 الذي يعيد لسوناطراك دورها الاقتصادي في ابرام العقود مع الشركات الأجنبية بمختلف الأساليب و عقود مختلفة.
Abstract EN
The hydrocarbons sector is the most prominent sector on which the Algerian economy is based.
However, the economic conditions in the OPEC market, due to the dangerous decline in oil prices, made the Algerian legislator reconsider the hydrocarbons law 07-05, which has become limited to attracting foreign investment, causing it to issue the hydrocarbons law 19- 13 which restores to Sonatrach its economic role in concluding contracts with foreign companies by various methods and contracts.
