In addition to the formalities to be completed in order to present individual labor disputes before the conciliation offices, whether it is the need for an individual dispute, whatever the reason which led to its emergence or the question of the need for the parties not to resolve the dispute amicably between them at the level of the organ used.

Other substantive conditions are also required in this dispute, mainly related to the violation of the terms of the employment contract and of the legislative and regulatory provisions on the one hand, or to the violation of the content of professional sources on the other hand.
