This study aimed to find the relationship of control as a regulatory tool to improve the health service from the point of view of doctors, and was based on a questionnaire targeting a sample of doctors of the Public Foundation for Neighborhood Health in Damous, which numbered (90) doctors of the total estimated total (641) workers, distributed to the total category of doctors representing the research community (a non-random sample in a targeted manner), to test the hypothesiss of the study based on the descriptive method, as well as on statistical toolsThe researchers' most important findings include: - There is a statistically significant expulsion relationship between oversight as an organizational tool and the improvement of the health service.

- The type of oversight has no role in improving the health service.

- There is a correlation between the organization's provision of material and human potential and the quality of the health service provided.
