This article deals with the major communication strategies in crisis management, considering the latter as a sudden circumstance that disrupts the arrangements of organizations and their normal life, and at a time when many organizations of various forms go to adopt improvised methods in dealing with the crisis, crises explode a series of questions related primarily to policies Different organizations, each of the media, the main audiences, government officials, interest groups, and the local community want to know: What happened? How? Why did it happen? In most cases, organizations that delay answering these questions suffer negative consequences on the level of public perceptions of the organization’s image and their attitudes towards it, instead of these organizations turning the crisis into an opportunity
