E-commerce is one of the most prominent subjects due to its role in business environments.

This is mainly due to the impact it has on growth of business and income for countries and securing more incomes.

It also became an important mean to power competitiveness and allow consumers to purchase goods and services quickly.

Starting from its, Algeria attempts to catch up with progress and overcome barriers and difficulties but this will come true only by planning mid-term and long-term strategies to develop information technology and electronic commerce.
