Abstract EN

The present study aimed at identifying the nature of the role conflict impact on the organizational citizenship behaviour of the academic staff at the University of Jijel.

In order to collect information; a questionnaire has been distributed randomly to a sample of 88 academic staff members at the University of Jijel.

The study confirmed the presence of a high level of the organizational citizenship behaviour at the university object of the study.

In addition to the existence of a positive impact of regulations and instructions dimension on the organizational citizenship behaviour, while there is no effect of human, potential and capabilities or social dimension of the conflict on the organizational citizenship behaviour.

On the basis of the study findings, we have provided explanations and suggestions.
