Since that the Constituents structures of the administrative justice are different in the Maghrebian states ( Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco ) and the divergence of administrative disputes has established several complications, such as Jurisdiction disputes among the judicial administrative commissions whether this conflict is positive or negative, therefore these three states have resorted to establish juristic codes and texts that aim to limit the denial of justice in administrative justice and the decisiveness of disputes in rational terms when the dispute is negative, but if the dispute is positive the aim will be how to face the Multiplicity of paradoxical judicial Judgments and decisions of one dispute.
