Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to assess the contribution of the Algerian University to providing efficient frameworks for employment; In reality characterized by the widening gap between the university and the economic institution, where the latter does not give any confidence in the competence of graduates from the University of Algeria.

Several studies have shown that most of the graduates do not hold employment in the diploma course.

The study will assess the efficiency of the students at the Algerian University and assess the extent to which the educational programs at the university level are compatible with the needs of the positions of employment.
