لقد أصبحت الأزمات حدثا متوقعا لجميع المنظمات في هذا العصر المليء بالمتغيرات و المستجدات و يتطلب التصدي لهذه الأزمات أن تدرج إدارة الأزمات و المخاطر في الخطط التنموية للدول و المنظمات على حد سواء بالاعتماد على قاعدة معرفية متطورة ووعي من صانعي القرارات و لاشك أن للقائد دورا معتبر في التأثير على الأزمة و توجد مجموعة من المواصفات يؤدي توافرها إلى زيادة و تعظيم دور القائد في مواجهة الأزمة بحيث يصبح القائد هو المفتاح الرئيسي في فهم الأزمة.

M15Crises have become an expected event for all organizations in this age full of changes and developments.
Addressing these crises requires that crisis and risk management be included in the development plans of countries and organizations alike by relying on an evolving knowledge base and awareness from decision makers, and there is no doubt that the leader has a significant role in influencing On the crisis, there are a set of specifications whose availability increases and maximizes the role of the leader in facing the crisis, so that the leader becomes the main key in understanding the crisis.
