In this paper we investigate the radiative recombination (RR) and dielectronic recombination (DR) rate coefficients for (Fe18+, Fe20+, Fe21+, Fe22+) ions.
The structure of these ions represented in L-shell, iron ions, the rate coefficients of (RR) has been calculated as a function of electron temperature (energy) (KT) with the range (10-3-103)eV, we also calculate the rate coefficient of (DR) with electron temperature range (1-40000)eV.
Our theoretical results have been compared with both theoretical and experimental data for other researchers.
In general the result of that comparison was very good for some ions and good for others.
