Abstract EN

Due to the worsening problem of juvenile deviance and its risks on the juvenile deviant and society, most societies have implemented national strategies to reduce the aggravation of this problem and limit its repercussions on social stability; perhaps the most important one is the social care strategy, which aims to reform and rehabilitate the deviant juvenile's behaviour.

In this context, the research subject of this article aims to identify the concept of deviant juvenile and social care forms provided to deviant juveniles within re-education centers, particularly preventive and therapeutic social care, to highlight their roles in reforming and rehabilitating their behaviour.
