Abstract EN

This paper aims to present the practices of social and environmental responsibility in three Algerian companies (NCA Rouiba, CONDOR and SASACE company).

The study showed the commitment of the three companies to social and environmental responsibility through the implementation of various activities and programs as part of strengthening relationships with their different partners further to preserving the environment by seeking to save resources and treat waste for reuse in their production processes.

However, most of the efforts made by the three companies in this field seem to be more in compliance with laws and quality standards than a philosophy and organizational culture.
