Abstract EN

The topic of investing in human capital is one of the most common topics of our time, zhere this study aims to compare the degree of investment of human resources in the Arab world, by projecting on Al-Baraka banking group, as the most important Islamic bank with different branches in almost all the Arab world,through the use of the human capital index represented by the quality of education as a tool to evaluate the performance of the group.

The study concluded that the need to invest in human resources, as a starting point for the knowledge economy, to increase the long-term productivity of the institution, given the huge expansion of Islamic banks in the Arab world.
