The study aims at show the effect of FDI impact on unemployment rates.

we find Arab countries with huge investment potentials that defers according of their progress and their contribution in reducing unemployment rates the co-integration model was used to find out the nature of the relationship between the two variables in the long term, and as a second stage, Granger test was used to find the direction of the relationship.

The results of the study proved that there is no equilibrium relationship in the long term, but there is a relationship in the short term between unemployment rates and FDI in the countries under study.
