ركزت النظرية التحويلية التوليدية على الجانب التحويلي التفسيري للغة عوضا عن الجانب الوصفي عند دراستها لبنية اللغة و ربطها بالعقل و الفكر إن سعي "تشومسكي" إقامة نظرية عامة تعمل بمبدأ التوليد و التحويل ما هو إلا تكملة لما قدمه "زليخ هاريس" صاحب فكرة التحويل التوزيعي.
قدم "تشومسكي" صورة مكتملة الملامح للغة و هذا عند الخوض في ميزاتها و طرق اكتسابها و تعلمها و علاقة كل هذا بالعقل الإنساني.
طرح "تشومسكي" أسئلة تعلقت بالمعرفة الإنسانية و حاول من خلال نظريته الخروج عن النظام المغلق في فهم اللغات تميزت خصائص النحو التوليدي ب ألبساطة و يرجع الفضل إلى "نوام تشومسكي" في تحويل الدراسة النحوية للغة من دراسة السلوك الفعلي إلى دراسة نظام المعرفة و التمثيل الذهني لها.
إن الوصول إلى الكفاية التفسيرية عند المتكلم يستلزم فهما عميقا للقدرة اللغوية من خلال فهم الخصائص العامة لأنظمة القواعد التي تبنى عليها اللغة
Abstract EN
In addition to the descriptive aspect of the study of the structure of language and its connection to mind and thought, Chomsky's pursuit of a general theory of generation and conversion complements that presented by Zelich Harris, owner of the idea of distributional conversion.
Chomsky provided a complete picture of the language and this is when it comes to its benefits, the ways to acquire and learn it, and the relation of all of this to the human mind.
Chomsky asked about human knowledge, and in his theory tried to deviate from the closed system of understanding language, the characteristics of the tilapodee form were simple, due to the fact that "Naoum Chomsky" transformed the grammatical study of the language of the study of real behavior in study of the system of knowledge and its religious representation.
Achieving the explanatory power of the speaker requires a deep understanding of linguistic ability by understanding the general characteristics of the rules on which the language is based.

En plus de l'aspect descriptif de l'étude de la structure du langage et de sa connexion à l'esprit et à la pensée, la poursuite par Chomsky d'une théorie générale de la génération et de la conversion est un complément à celui présenté par Zelich Harris, le propriétaire de l'idée de conversion distributionnelle.
Chomsky a fourni une image complète du langage et c'est quand il s'agit de ses avantages, des façons de l'acquérir et de l'apprendre, et la relation de tout cela à l'esprit humain.
Chomsky a posé des questions sur la connaissance humaine et, dans sa théorie, a essayé de s'écarter du système fermé de compréhension du langage, les caractéristiques de la forme tilapodee étaient simples, en raison du fait que "Neum Chomsky" a transformé l'étude grammaticale du langage de l'étude du comportement réel en étude du système de la connaissance et de sa représentation religieuse.
Atteindre le pouvoir explicatif de l'orateur exige une compréhension profonde de la capacité linguistique en comprenant les caractéristiques générales des règles sur lesquelles la langue est basée.
